Our Durham, North Carolina design center serves as the primary hub for device development and design transfer, featuring dedicated wet labs, prototyping facilities, an on-site human factors suite, and specialized electromechanical development space. Its proximity to Sanner’s manufacturing sites in Pittsboro and Greensboro enables a smooth and simple transfer from design to production.
The Midwest has emerged as a growing hub for medtech innovation, and Sanner’s Chicago design center provides local support for customers throughout the region. The facility offers access to prototyping and machining capabilities, test labs, an on-site human factors suite, and specialized equipment to help accelerate medical device manufacturing development and commercialization.
Sanner’s Carlsbad design center connects West Coast clients with more than two decades of medical device design and development expertise. Its strategic location in the northern San Diego–Tijuana metropolitan area provides engineers with close access to Sanner’s Tijuana manufacturing facility. The facility also features on-site prototyping and testing capabilities, as well as a dedicated human factors suite.
Our 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Greensboro specializes in high-volume injection molding, desiccant filling for pharmaceutical packaging, components and sub-assemblies for contract medical device manufacturing.
Capabilities include ISO Class 8 cleanroom molding, white-room molding, highly automated desiccant filling lines, testing and metrology laboratories, and significant capacity for future expansion.
Our Pittsboro facility supports design validation builds, clinical production, and small-to-medium volume manufacturing for new product introductions.
Designed to facilitate new product introductions and scaling programs, the 40,000-square-foot site is FDA registered, ISO 13485 certified, and cGMP compliant. It features ISO Class 7 and 8 cleanrooms for device assembly, testing and packaging.
Sanner’s 35,000-square-foot Tijuana facility supports scalable manufacturing for a wide range of medical devices, extending the reach of our US manufacturing network. The facility is FDA registered, ISO 13485 certified, and cGMP compliant.
The facility accommodates large production volumes across a variety of medical devices, supporting long-term production needs with built-in flexibility. The site has two ISO Class 8 cleanrooms totaling 14,000 square feet, providing controlled environments for sterile and non-sterile device assembly and packaging.
