With two manufacturing facilities in Kunshan and more than 260 employees, Sanner China combines world-class healthcare packaging manufacturing with regional customer support. Both sites operate to the highest hygiene, quality, and regulatory standards and are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 15378. In addition, we also operate a sales office and warehouse in Pune, India.

Kunshan I

Our first China facility offers 3,000 square meters of ISO Class 8 cleanroom production space specializing in high-precision thermoplastic injection molding and blow molding. Manufacturing includes test strip packaging, effervescent packaging, pharmaceutical packaging solutions, and customized packaging systems. The site processes a wide range of materials, including PP, HDPE, PBT, ABS, PC, and bio-based polymers, and supports projects ranging from manual assembly to fully automated production.

Kunshan II

Located near Kunshan I, our second facility expands Sanner’s regional manufacturing footprint with more than 2,000 square meters of ISO Class 8 cleanroom space dedicated to manufacturing pharmaceutical packaging and medical devices. Additionally, there is close to 3,000 square meters available for future projects. Beyond advanced molding, the site offers manual, semi-automated and automated assembly. 

Integrated Expertise

Sanner China provides expert technical support and integrated services for pharmaceutical packaging – from design and mold development to commercial production. Our in-house lab supports China FDA compliance testing. For medical devices, we help optimize product design and reduce manufacturing risks through early collaboration. As part of Sanner’s global manufacturing network, our Asian operations enable us to provide scalable capacity, manufacturing expertise, supply chain resilience, and reliable support for healthcare manufacturing support for healthcare innovators worldwide.

Sanner India

Located in Pune, near Mumbai, Sanner India serves as a regional hub for pharmaceutical and diagnostics packaging solutions and CDMO support for the Indian healthcare market. 

Our team combines regional industry expertise with dedicated on-the-ground customer support, helping manufacturers identify the right packaging and device solutions for their products.
