BioBase® maintains the moisture protection your product needs. With a 30–40% improvement in shelf life versus standard PP tubes, and a water vapor transmission rate only 3-4 times higher than aluminum, it is a viable choice for moisture-sensitive effervescent formulations.
BioBase® is fully compatible with standard filling and labeling equipment. Processing properties are equivalent to conventional packaging, and the tube is printable or can be IML labeled – so your production workflow remains unchanged.
The Tethered Cap is available for Sanner’s standard effervescent tube portfolio, requiring no changes to your current packaging line setup.
