Designing and building a demonstrator to show the effectiveness of a next-generation autoinjector platform.

Sanner partnered with Gerresheimer and Midas to design and develop the Gx Inbeneo ‘Toolbox’ which is a portable demonstration and test rig for the Gx Inbeneo autoinjector platform. The solution enables pharmaceutical companies to evaluate the flexibility and performance of the device using a range of configurable injection parameters.

The Gx Inbeneo is a single-use autoinjector platform developed to meet the needs of patients and the latest generation of biologic therapies. The team needed an effective way to demonstrate the platform’s capabilities to potential pharmaceutical partners. The solution had to be portable, intuitive to use and capable of showcasing the versatility of the autoinjector in both laboratory and customer-facing environments.

Concept Development
Having developed the Gx Inbeneo autoinjector, the Sanner team understood the requirements already. They developed a concept that would clearly demonstrate the platform’s capabilities while remaining compact and easy to transport.
The system enables users to evaluate different spring forces, needle gauges and cartridge configurations available across the platform.

Sanner delivered a high-quality demonstration system that enables Gerresheimer to effectively showcase the flexibility and performance of the Gx Inbeneo autoinjector platform. The portable ‘Toolbox’ provides pharmaceutical companies with a practical way to evaluate different drug delivery configurations, supporting technical discussions and accelerating customer engagement.
By taking responsibility for the complete design, manufacture and assembly of the test fixtures, Sanner delivered a premium marketing and evaluation tool that strengthens the commercial presentation of the Gx Inbeneo platform while demonstrating its adaptability for a wide range of biologic drug applications.
