Exploration

Sanner works with the customer to develop concepts, assess technical and commercial feasibility, and translate user needs into clear design inputs, pressure-testing ideas against manufacturability, cost, and regulatory considerations from the start.

Development

In Development, requirements become a proven design. Sanner’s engineers generate design outputs, freeze the design, and execute verification and validation builds to demonstrate the device performs as intended. Design verification and validation (DV&V) runs under commercial controls in equivalent facilities to where the product will be manufactured, test data reflects real production conditions and the path to transfer is already in place.

Transfer

The product enters a Sanner manufacturing facility, either through design transfer from Sanner’s own development team or manufacturing transfer from an outside partner. This covers all tech transfer activities, pilot builds, and the start of commercial manufacturing, with engineer continuity preventing knowledge loss at handoff.

Scale-Up

The focus shifts from entering the market to growing within it. Sanner runs an iterative plan to increase volumes and introduce semi- and full automation, while the same team drives process and design improvements for better output and unit economics.

On-Market Support

Sanner supports products in commercial manufacturing with warehousing and stockholding, engineering change management, supplier communication, and regulatory monitoring, and handles complaints, device returns, and investigations under its QMS, reviewed collaboratively with the customer.
